What is the Alorey Agent Programme?
It's our nationwide network of independent Style Agents who sell Alorey clothing, beauty and wellness to their community. You don't carry stock, you don't need a shop — you get your own agent portal, a personal ordering link, ready-made content and 1-on-1 support. Alorey handles fulfilment, delivery, returns and customer service.
How much do I earn per sale?
Agents earn 15% commission on every sale placed through their personal link or captured on their dashboard. Founding Agents who join during prelaunch lock in higher tier margins, monthly bonuses and priority access to new drops.
When and how do I get paid?
Instant cash payouts, on demand. Every sale lands in your agent dashboard live. The moment your balance is ready, tap 'Request Payout' and you'll immediately receive a cash voucher PIN via SMS. Withdraw the cash from any FNB, Standard Bank, Capitec or Absa ATM — no bank account, no waiting, no fees deducted.
How do customers pay me?
Customers pay Alorey directly through your ordering link — securely via PayFast (card, Instant EFT, SnapScan) or manual EFT. You never handle the money or chase payments. Once the order is paid, your commission is credited to your dashboard balance instantly.
Why do I pick 3 extra styles?
Stock moves quickly during prelaunch. To make sure you still receive the exact number of pieces in your tier, you'll pick your favourites plus 3 alternates. If any of your favourites are out of stock by the time we pack your bag, we'll swap in one of your alternates — so you always get styles you chose, and your bag ships without delay.
Do I need to buy stock or a starter kit?
No stock, ever. Alorey warehouses and ships every order. During prelaunch you can optionally order a discounted Sample Collection to try, wear and showcase the range in person — but it's not required to start earning. Your ordering link and share kit are activated the moment you're approved.
Is there a minimum I have to sell?
No forced quota during prelaunch. Agents who consistently hit our friendly monthly targets unlock higher commission tiers, cash bonuses and priority stock on new drops.
How long does customer delivery take?
Standard nationwide courier is 2–4 business days to major centres and 3–6 business days to outlying areas after dispatch. Every customer receives WhatsApp and email tracking. You see the delivery status live in your dashboard.
What if a customer wants a refund or exchange?
Alorey handles all returns, exchanges and customer support directly. Just pass the customer's details to us — your commission is not affected by returns caused by defects or size swaps.
Do I need any fashion or business experience?
No. If you love fashion and you're active on WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, you have everything you need. We provide onboarding training, ready-made content, pricing sheets and 1-on-1 support inside the agent portal.
How do I apply and how long does approval take?
