1. Who we are

Alorey is a South African direct-sales fashion and beauty business. You can reach us on WhatsApp or SMS at 061 584 4893.

2. Orders and payment

• Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
• An order is only confirmed once payment (or, for laybuy, the required deposit) reflects in our account. Stock is reserved on deposit.
• Always use your order number as the payment reference. Payments we cannot match may be delayed.
• Delivery is courier-only. Delivery fees are shown before you pay.

3. Laybuy

Laybuy orders run for the term selected at checkout. Missed instalments may result in the order being cancelled and the reserved stock released. Any refund of amounts paid is handled according to the terms shown to you at checkout.

4. Returns and cancellations

Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, beauty products, wellness supplements and shapewear cannot be returned once opened or worn.

5. The Alorey Agent programme

• Applying is free. There is no joining fee and no requirement to buy stock.
• Agents earn commission on retail products sold to real customers. Earnings vary from person to person and no income is guaranteed.
• The referral bonus is one level only. Alorey pays it on the retail value of orders your direct recruits actually sell. Nobody is paid for recruiting on its own.
• Ranks affect your monthly personal buying allowance, not your commission rate.
• Agents must represent Alorey honestly and may not make income promises, medical claims or misleading statements about products or earnings.
• We may suspend or close an agent account for fraud, abuse, chargebacks or conduct that damages the brand. Commissions linked to cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders are reversed.

6. Payouts

Payouts are handled through our payout partner. You need your own account with the partner and must complete their identity checks before funds can be released. Alorey does not hold money on your behalf and does not offer credit or advances.

7. Giveaways

Entry is free and no purchase is required. Entrants must be 18 or older and resident in South Africa. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are subject to availability. By entering you agree that we may contact you about your entry and about Alorey products.

8. Your content and conduct

You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or copy Alorey product images and marketing material for use outside the Agent programme.

9. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep information on the site accurate, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, Alorey is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you place an order or apply is the version that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
