This page is maintained by Alorey to explain what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to customers, giveaway entrants and Alorey Agents.

What we collect

Contact details — name, mobile number, WhatsApp number and email.
Delivery details — street address, suburb, city and postal code.
Order details — what you bought, order number, payment status and payment reference. We do not store your card details.
Agent details — your agent code, referral (sponsor) code, sales and commission history, and the payout details you confirm, including ID number where required by our payout partner.
Giveaway entries — the details you submit on the entry form, including dress size where relevant to the prize.
Site usage — basic page-view information used to understand what is working on the site.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order and give you order updates by SMS or WhatsApp.
To review agent applications, calculate commission and process payout requests.
To run giveaways and contact winners.
To answer support questions, including via our chat assistant.
To send marketing about Alorey products where you have agreed to it. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or messaging us.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the service providers who help us operate: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider, our SMS provider, our courier, and our payout partner. They may only use the information to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

How we protect it

Access to customer and agent data is restricted to authorised Alorey accounts, data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and our database enforces per-user access rules so agents can only see their own orders, commissions and team information.

How long we keep it

Order, commission and payout records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out. Giveaway entry details are kept for the period needed to run and verify the giveaway, and for marketing where you agreed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or stop sending you marketing. Message us on 061 584 4893 and we will help you.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your shopping bag, remember which agent referred you, and remember that you have already seen a pop-up. Clearing your browser data resets these.
